Panterra Health text messages

Panterra Health LLC (5900 Balcones Dr, Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731) sends text messages about orders and accounts to people who choose to receive them. This page explains the program and lets you sign up.

What you will receive

A first text confirming that you signed up.
Confirmation that we received your order.
Updates about your order or account, such as a change in its status.
Replies to your HELP or STOP messages.

We do not send promotional or marketing texts under this program. Our texts never include health, treatment or prescription details. For questions about your care, message your provider in the patient portal.

How often

Message frequency varies with your order activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Signing up is optional, and you do not need to agree to texts to place an order.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP at any time to cancel; we confirm once, and you get no more texts from us unless you sign up again. Reply HELP for help, or email support@panterrahealth.com. Stopping texts does not affect your order or your care.

Your information

We use your mobile number only to send these texts and to keep a record of your consent. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy and Terms, section 23.
