Prices cover medication, provider, follow-ups and shipping, with no membership required to be a patient on top. Some treatments are compounded and are not FDA-approved; compounded medications do not undergo FDA review for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing. Eligibility, dosing and availability are determined by a licensed provider and vary by state.
The required membership fee is the trick. You pay to be a customer, then pay again for the medicine. We put the whole price on the label.

In studies, medications in this class caused thyroid C-cell tumours in rodents; it is not known whether they cause these tumours in humans. Do not use if you or a family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma, or if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2. Stop and contact a provider if you notice a lump or swelling in the neck, hoarseness, trouble swallowing or shortness of breath.
Only a licensed provider can decide whether treatment is appropriate for you. Do not use these medications if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Tell your provider about every medication and supplement you take, and about any history of thyroid, pancreatic, kidney, gallbladder or eating disorders.
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, abdominal pain, indigestion, fatigue and injection-site reactions are the most frequently reported. These are often strongest when a dose increases and usually ease over time. Seek care for severe abdominal pain that will not go away, which may signal pancreatitis or a gallbladder problem.
Some treatments we offer are compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and do not undergo FDA review for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing. We work only with licensed U.S. pharmacies we do not own, and your provider will tell you plainly whether what you are prescribed is FDA-approved or compounded.
