Read what it treats

The panel a person actually read.

Low iron gets called stress for years. For hormone care, your clinician orders a panel before you start and a follow-up panel after your first weeks on treatment. Which labs, and when, is their call. A person reads your number and decides, not an algorithm.

19 ng/mL ferritin
Reference 15 to 150 ng/mL. Example only. Not a patient, not a result.
  1. Tell us what is off

In your own words. No forms to print, no clinic to sit in. You add a payment method at checkout.

  2. A provider reads it

A provider licensed in your state, not a scoring algorithm.

  3. Your plan is signed

Shipped from a licensed independent pharmacy. For hormone care, follow-up labs when your clinician orders them.

Who reviews your assessment: an independent U.S. medical practice. Its clinicians are licensed in your state and make every clinical decision themselves. You see your clinician’s name in your portal before anything is prescribed, and you can check every state they are licensed in. See the clinician network

A person signs every plan.

Not questionnaire-and-done. For hormone care, your clinician orders a panel before you start and a follow-up panel after your first weeks on treatment, and adjusts from it. Which labs, and when, is their call.

  1. Intake

A provider licensed in your state reads every intake.

  2. Dosing

For hormone care, a panel comes first, not a questionnaire alone.

  3. Follow-up

For hormone care, your clinician orders a follow-up panel after your first weeks on treatment and adjusts from it. Which labs, and when, is their call.

  4. The honest no

If treatment is not necessary, they say so plainly.

Everything you were going to ask.

Still not sure it is you? Start the assessment. A provider will say plainly if it is not.

No membership required to be a patient. Nothing renews on its own.

I have been told it is just stress. Is it?

Sometimes. For hormone care your clinician runs a panel before deciding, estradiol, progesterone, FSH, TSH and ferritin, so the answer comes from your numbers.

Do I need bloodwork to start?

For hormone care, yes. Most of the rest of the shelf you can start without one.

Does my price go up as my dose goes up?

For our current lineup, no. One price from day one to day one hundred for all weight loss products. TRT/HRT may have different pricing per dosages.

Who is actually prescribing?

A provider licensed in the state you live in. They sign every plan, and their name is on it.

What if I do not need anything?

They will tell you plainly. It happens more often than you would think.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your intake is encrypted in transit, and your prescription goes to a licensed pharmacy, not one we own. We never sell your health information. We run no advertising or analytics tools from other companies on our intake and checkout pages, where you give us your health information. On other pages, Google analytics and ad measurement run only if you accept them, and we count visits in anonymous totals that hold no names or contact details.

What is actually bothering you?

Pick one. If no treatment is necessary, a provider says so plainly. It happens.

A short set of questions, and a licensed provider reads it.

Important safety information

A summary, not a complete list of risks. Please read it before starting any treatment.

Serious risks with GLP-1 medications

In studies, medications in this class caused thyroid C-cell tumours in rodents; it is not known whether they cause these tumours in humans. Do not use if you or a family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma, or if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2. Stop and contact a provider if you notice a lump or swelling in the neck, hoarseness, trouble swallowing or shortness of breath.

This is not for everyone

Only a licensed provider can decide whether treatment is appropriate for you. Do not use these medications if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Tell your provider about every medication and supplement you take, and about any history of thyroid, pancreatic, kidney, gallbladder, breast cancer, blood clots or eating disorders.

Common side effects

For weight care: nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, abdominal pain, fatigue and injection-site reactions. For hormone therapy: breast tenderness, headache, mood changes, bloating and irregular bleeding. Hormone therapy carries risks including blood clots, stroke and, with some regimens, breast cancer; your provider will discuss whether the benefits outweigh the risks for you.

About compounded medication

Some treatments we offer are compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and do not undergo FDA review for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing. We work only with licensed U.S. pharmacies we do not own, and your provider will tell you plainly whether what you are prescribed is FDA-approved or compounded.

Report side effects to the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088 or fda.gov/medwatch. In an emergency, call 911. This site does not provide emergency care.
