Know what you are choosing
It is compounded
This treatment is compounded for you by a state-licensed pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and do not undergo FDA review for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality. Your provider prescribes it based on their clinical judgement and your intake, and can change or stop it at any time.
Sleep and training load
When energy or recovery dips, sleep, training load and diet are usually the first things worth looking at. Raise them with your provider, who will say plainly if this treatment is not worth adding.
Other causes of low energy
Low testosterone, thyroid function and blood sugar can all affect energy. If any of those sound familiar, say so in the assessment, and your provider may suggest a panel first.
Injection speed
Inject at the speed in your directions. Going faster than directed can cause flushing, chest tightness, nausea and a racing heart.
Then a provider decides
A provider makes the final call. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
Your provider can also look at
Tap anything else that is going on and it is flagged for your provider. Nothing is added to a plan here, and nothing changes the price.
The price does not change.
What happens after you start
A short set of questions, and a provider reads it.
If treatment is not right for you, they will say so plainly.
You
You answer a short set of questions.
The provider
A provider licensed in your state reads your intake before anything ships.
Their name appears on the plan you receive. They decide, not an algorithm.
The answer
If treatment is not right for you, they will say so plainly.
The shipment
If a provider approves, it ships from a licensed independent pharmacy.
Your provider sets any follow-up. Each refill after is a new order; nothing renews on its own.

No. A licensed provider reads your intake and decides, and says so plainly if the answer is no.

This is not for everyone
Only a licensed provider can decide whether this treatment is appropriate for you. Do not use it if you have had an allergic reaction to this coenzyme or its components, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Tell your provider about any current or past cancer, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, anxiety or antidepressant use, and blood-thinner use.
Serious risks
Allergic reactions are rare but need urgent care: hives, swelling of the face or throat, or trouble breathing. Injecting faster than directed can cause flushing, chest tightness, nausea and a racing heart; follow the injection speed in your directions. Long-term safety of this treatment has not been established in large studies.
Common side effects
Redness, pain or swelling where you inject, flushing, headache, nausea, tiredness and dizziness, usually mild and short-lived.
Combining treatments
Adding treatments at the same time makes it harder to tell which one is working and which one is causing a side effect. A provider will usually ask you to stage them, starting one and adding the next at a follow-up. If you add another treatment to your plan, its own safety information applies as well.
