Sexual health: ED treatment online

Panterra connects men with licensed U.S. providers online for erectile dysfunction treatment through Kalos, including sildenafil, an FDA-approved generic. A provider reviews your heart health and medications before anything is prescribed, and each treatment has one price per refill, with no membership required to be a patient. How it works

  1. You complete a health intake online.
  2. A licensed U.S. provider reviews your information.
  3. If a treatment is appropriate for you, the provider issues a prescription.
  4. Your medication ships to you, and follow-ups are included in the price.

If treatment is not appropriate, the provider will tell you and may suggest other options. A prescription is never guaranteed.

What it costs

Each treatment has one price per refill that includes the medication, your provider, follow-ups, and shipping, with no membership required to be a patient. The provider consultation fee is part of that price and is itemized before you pay. Current prices are listed above and on each treatment page.

Common questions

How much does ED treatment cost?

Each treatment has one price per refill that includes the medication, your provider, follow-ups, and shipping, with no membership required to be a patient. The provider consultation fee is part of that price and is itemized before you pay. Current prices are listed on this page and on each treatment page.

Is sildenafil FDA-approved?

Yes. Sildenafil is an FDA-approved generic medication for erectile dysfunction. Tadalafil, which is coming soon, is also FDA-approved for erectile dysfunction.

What is the difference between sildenafil and tadalafil?

Both are PDE5 inhibitors that improve blood flow during sexual arousal. Tadalafil lasts longer and can also be taken as a low daily dose. Your provider recommends the option that fits your health and your needs.

Is ED treatment safe if I have a heart condition?

It depends, which is why a provider reviews your heart health and every medication first. These medicines must never be combined with nitrates or poppers, and they are not used after a recent heart attack or stroke or with unstable angina.

Is sexual health care available for women?

Not at this time. Sexual health treatment through Panterra currently covers erectile dysfunction for men through Kalos.

Important safety information

Prescription required. These medications are available only with a prescription from a licensed provider after an evaluation. This is a summary, not the full prescribing information; each treatment page carries its own safety details.

Sildenafil

Who should not use it. Only a licensed provider can decide whether this treatment is appropriate for you. Never use it with nitrate medicines for chest pain or with riociguat: the combination can drop blood pressure to a dangerous level. Do not use it if you have had a heart attack or stroke in the last six months, unstable angina, severe heart failure, very low blood pressure, or certain inherited eye conditions. Tell your provider about alpha-blockers, blood-pressure medicines, antifungals, some antibiotics and HIV medicines, and any history of an erection lasting more than four hours.

Serious risks. Seek care right away for chest pain during sex, an erection lasting more than four hours, sudden loss or decrease of vision in one or both eyes, or sudden hearing loss, ringing in the ears or dizziness. These are rare but can cause permanent damage if not treated.

About this medication. This treatment is an FDA-approved generic medication dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. Approval covers the medication itself; whether it is appropriate for you is a decision your provider makes from your intake.

Tadalafil

Who should not use it. Only a licensed provider can decide whether this treatment is appropriate for you. Never use it with nitrate medicines for chest pain or with riociguat: the combination can drop blood pressure to a dangerous level. Because this medication lasts longer than some others in its class, that caution applies for longer after each dose, so tell any emergency team that you have taken it.
